MacStudio very laggy after waking from sleep since installing Ventura

Hi -
Wanted to see if anyone else is having the same issue.
Since installing, my macstudio is very laggy after waking up from a longer period of sleep -
A restart does seem to correct it - but was checking to see if this is a common bug with Ventura
or do I need to do some more trouble shooting
( it seems that the 'windows server' process spikes in cpu usage when the Mac gets very laggy)

yes - it appears it has - if I only sleep the displays - it obviously fixes the issue - just don't know if I want to leave the studio on all the time with just the displays sleeping
