if it needs to be done i go ahead and do it, if not, i just leave it be
if you feel the need for such a program go ahead and use it if you would like

for me personally i dont feel the need to use such an app, i can emtpy my trash just fine, and if i need to clear out my caches i can handle that as well if need be

Does sound like a maid service doesn't it? I don't have any problems emptying the trash either or the recent items etc. What I'm not sure about is the caches.... how do you know that needs to be tended to and how do you go about doing that?

well in a program like Safari, and other browsers, the only time you should really have to empty the cache is if there is a problem loading a page consistently or something else, the caches are there too speed up the browser in the first place by remembering data from sites you have been too

you dont have to really worry about the majority of that stuff the program does, i wouldnt worry about the reciepts, logs or anything else like that

if you are having problems, most of these things can be reset indivitually through your browser, such as history, cache, auto-complete forms, etc
