Macworld 2009 Conference - Need some insight please?!

Hey,

What day will the Keynote fall on this year? (Tuesday right?) Also - this will be my first time going - what are the general costs? I know they can vary greatly on what I want to do - but take for example I want to see the keynote and attend the main conference and sessions....

Also... what exactly do they discuss in the PowerTools sessions? Is it worth it? Costs?
