Hmm, interesting, I'm going to have to check this out. And yes, it wouldn't surprise me if some publisher raised some concerns over this.

There are a ton of these sites splattered all over the interweb, mostly offering uploaded pdfs and djvus for download. They come and go, collecting income from advertising for as long as they can before they are shut down.

This one looks clunkier than most as you have to wait for each page to download separately via flash. I couldn't imagine wanting to read any magazine on an iPhone. Not my idea of fun.
