I'm pulling my hair out this one. Any suggestions will be GREATLY appreciated.
Basically, my mac mail won't send a message to a valid email address. It tells me to check my SMTP server settings and verify advanced settings. Both verified and all good.
I can send other emails no problem. I can even send to other people with the same host name (ie. I can send to bill@xyzcompany.com but not to bob@xyzcompany.com). It's just a couple of email addresses in question. I can send to these addresses from gmail and hotmail but whenever I try from mac mail, it won't even get out the door before an error message pops up.
Maybe a cache of some sort?
Thank-you.
EDIT: Using the terminal DNS flush command did not work at all after many tries, but 'DNS flusher' from this company worked like a hot damn http://www.mazadigital.com/
I guess I needed a DNS flush. Problem solved.
