Would this computer run tiger pretty fast. Is this computer really outdated? I hope not!

THANKS! :)

sounds like a deal
ive owned 3 powermac g4 similar to this
you got a deal
just wondering where did you get it

That's a good deal. You first upgrade should be Mac OS X Tiger or Panther, if you don't already have it. I know your description says that it has 9.2 installed currently. I think it will actually run faster if it has Tiger on it than if it has the older systems on it.

If you're not an EDU student, you can find Tiger for $100 at lots of online stores.

It didn't come with a keyboard or mouse, which I'll need to buy. Would this run iMovie in iLfe 05 pretty quick with 1gb ram.

Does this take the old old airport card? (Gosh I hope not :p )

Congrats on an excellent deal!
This is a great machine and still very capable.
I too would go with Tiger and add more ram to it.
And Yes it does use the older airport card :(

Good Luck!
