I upgraded my iP4 to 5.0.1 to go untethered. At the time redsnow 10b1 was the version that was out. Everything went great except SSH wouldnt work. 10b3 was released and fixed the problem. Except I didnt uncheck install cydia when I reran 10b3. Now all the jailbreak apps that I had installed earlier show as not installed when i check my packages. They are all working correctly, but I don't think I will get the updates if there not showing in packages on Cydia. Before i fubar anything else, will reinstalling these apps work? Or should I bite the bullet and restore.
