Made my first iMovie 08, compression help plz

I made a quicky iMovie with the new software. It only gives 3 compression choices I think. I ended up with 10MB for the medium size on just under 4 minutes.
One problem, it looks kinda crappy. Is there a better way to compress for sharing and not look so pixelated?

I have QT pro if that helps.

You could try MPEGStreamclip, it is a free converter, and it may compress as well.
