This is your views on whats the best ways to make money on mafia live

just started today but i bought a jewelry store so im making 10 grand every 50 minutes...

Yeah I would buy a Jewelry Store or something like that.
Also there was this Level 8 guy who attacked me and I got $5,000 just like that so I continued attacking him - and that's how I got 30k in less than a minute. And also that's how I bought a Hot Dog Stand lol.

I them property is a great way to get lots of money, also when I fight someone and they lose alot of cash I keep attacking them.
 
Guys stop with the codes. There is a separate thread for the friend codes this one is asking how to make money.

My opinion is get a solid amount of income, and then start working on getting the needed materials for some of the high paying jobs. After that start buying the higher end properties to get a large income. I like having the mission materials because it can give a large quick burst of money when you are in a bind.

Do people read or do they see Mafia and instantly think "Must put code" I love the game and want a large family as well, but man these forums have gotten screwed up by all these new members that just want to whore there family code, and don't actually have anything constructive to say about the game.

Exactly and its spamming up every thread. There should be one thread dedicated to the codes and any other ones deleted. I wish there were more people to talk about this game and not just posting codes.

This game is addicting!

Ok I have read a ton and have gotten the best tips and tricks on this game. Here is best thing to do so that you and I both get 10K is to follow these steps:
1) Go to Mafia Live App on iPhone
2) Click My Consigliere
3) Enter my email address AndyVinh@hotmail.com into the Cell Phone or Email box
4) Click the box to send
5) If that doesn't work then you can enter my family code into the "User Family Code:" field. My family code is 631452199.
6) Then click the Send invite button.

Both methods of adding me to your family do the same thing. The only difference is that if you enter my email address then we both get 10K, so why not do that right.

I will recieve the email, I will redeem the code and you and I both will get 10K. Trust me I was a little worried at first that by joining someones family it would mess my strategy up and all that.

But the only way to really break out in this game, the only way is to begin adding people to your family. Trust me.

By adding me you are adding a huge punch to your fighting power.

I will admit that I came back to these forums to collect and give my family code(mostly just read the Macbook Pro forums), but it seems every thread HAS to be about codes. I have been trying to find some strategist threads all morning and I yet to come up with ONE.

So here are a few tips I have came across......

  1. Deposit any money you get right away. If you are attacked and have lots of money in the open, all of it will be gone in a matter of attacks. Hide it right away, however, if you need to spend it, do so before you put it in the bank to save money.
  2. Do jobs that give the best "Experience/Energy" ratio. After level 15 do the "Take Cop for Ransom". Not only do you get 2 extra experience points per job(7 to 9), but it gives ALOT of money.
  3. Fights have given me the best experience so far. For every stamina point, you get 2 points. So, for example, most jobs give the same "experience/energy ratio"(5 for 5, 7 for 7, ect.) Even jobs like "Take Cop for Ransom" gives only 7 for 9. Now look at fights. They double every time. So the about of time it takes to save up 7 energy(35mins), you can have 5 more experience points( 2*7=14 points) Pretty quick way to level up.
  4. When you do fight it isn't just about who has the bigger family. I'm a level 17 capitalist with a family of 350. I thought for a long time that if I fought people with smaller families I would win every time. NOT THE CASE. Defense is where it is at. Attack means nothing. Keep that defense up.
  5. Keep low on health. It might sound crazy(And I would take this one with a grain of salt, BUT it has worked well for me. ). When you are away form the game you make money right? Well if you are supposed to put your money in the bank ASAP, how do you protect it when you are away? What I've been doing is using all of my Stamina points, before I leave the game alone for awhile. What this does is gets your health down low enough that when some one attacks you, that can't because the game doesn't let them. You lose no money!

any suggestions on getting defense up? Also how to increase engery faster

edit: one more question. what happens when I input somebody's email. I haven't seen any response so far. do they get email or just added to my family
 
I've sent off at least 10 emails over the last couple days and have yet to see a $10k bonus. Sturdy, just sent you one (mob name is SebTown).

Quick question: If I just have this as an iPhone app, is there a way to link it to an email? I have put my code number out and gotten some family that way, but how can I get people to join through an email address?

EDIT: Just started seeing some bonuses. Guess I'm just not patient enough.

why do people perfer to give out codes opposes to email address. Don't you make money fast by redeem code from emails???
