The once After Effects only plug-in Magic Bullet is now available for Final Cut Pro. This plug-in creates a film look from video. More info HERE.

Although it doesn't do the 24P conversion like Magic Bullet Suite for After Effects does, the included Looks Suite is very handy for adding a certain "feel" to a scene.

Magic Bullet Suite (AE) costs $1000 (SD) $2000 (HD)
Magic Bullet for Editors (FCP) costs $300

Was this product featured on TechTV's "The Screen Savers" a while ago? If my memory serves me correctly, that show is where I first heard of this program (and the fact that it came out for Final Cut Pro in May, as promised).
