Magic Garageband graphic glitch issue in 5.1 too

I have this glitch both on my MacBook Pro Unibody 15.4" (Late 2008) and my MacBook Unibody 13.3" (Late 2008), and I don't know what I can do to resolve it.

Any hints? Has someone else ever had this issue?
