Can someone who has the 12.9" magic keyboard and plays a lot of touch games comment on how the raised height of the screen vs the normal keyboard cover affect arm fatigue?

I couldn't find how much higher the screen sits so I placed mine on a 1" book and gamed for 30 minutes which requires pressing the screen almost on-stop. I found the raised height tired my arms far more than normal keyboard case height.

Does the screen angle/pivot change when you're poking away at the screen? For example, many games use virtual controllers require you to hold the back of the screen while using thumb as the controller.

Looking for your experiences. Hoping the height difference is much less than it looks as I would welcome the new keyboard.

Thanks in advance.
