Magic keyboard and trackpad battery issue

Friends, i bought the magic keyboard with numeric keypad (A1843) and magic trackpad in 2017, i used if for few days and kept it packed and since then i took it out for m1 macbook pro, both are charging and showing charging percentage in keyboard and trackpad settings, i charged them 98% and as i unplugged them battery dropped down to 3% immediately, i have tried many times to charge it and again and agian battery dropped down, is there any way to cure this disease? Because apple support people wont help in changing the battery ? please help friends
