Magic keyboard Issue with 15.3

Since updating to 15.3 on my ipad pro, when I try to charge via magic keyboard it keeps charging then not then charging then. not constantly. No issue if I charge directly into ipad only via keyboard. Never had this before, cleaned contacts etc.

Any ideas?
