Magic Keyboard Pairing

Hey Everyone,

I have a Magic Keyboard I purchased a couple years ago to work with my MacBook Pro, I sold that laptop (without un-pairing it). Does anyone know if there is a way to reset this keyboard without the computer it was connected to. I was hoping to use it with my iPad.

It is the newest version here: https://apple.com/shop/product/MLA22LL/A/magic-keyboard-us-english?page=1 not the old one with the power button on the side.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.
