Magic Keyboard Pass Through USB-C

Does anyone know if the hinge with the pass through charging port can be removed and reversed so the charging port is on the right side? Just curious because that would work better for my needs.

No, the camera cutout prevents the iPad from being mounted the other way.

An alternative is plugging in the iPad on its right side directly.
