Magic Keyboard with Touch ID typing experience VS MacBook?

I have a M1 MacBook Air and I just love the keyboard and the typing experience.
It is a great keyboard and it suits me very well.
I am wondering if the standalone Apple Magic Keyboard as a similar typing experience or if it is very different.

Very close. If you like the MacBook keyboard, you'll like the desktop version.

I have to agree with the above with a positive review of the standalone keyboard. I actually enjoy typing on it more since it has a little more travel than the MBA. It’s much more comfortable for me even with small hands.

Agree, i also love the macbook keys and i bought the magic keyboard.
