Magic Keyboard with TouchID: extra options for globe key

Accidentally discovered you can map that "globe" key on the lower left to a variety of modifiers.

The main Keyboard control panel only gives you a few options:

... but if you hit the "Modifier Keys" button in that control panel, you get more options.
