Just another observation on these new machines: When using the Magic Mouse 2 paired to the new MacBook M1 Pro (I got the 16" inch). there seems to be a slight stutter when dragging windows, as if it's tracking at a slightly lower frame rate when compared to the buttery smoothness when using the built-in trackpad.

I guess it's time for Apple to give this mouse an upgrade and maybe, just maybe give it wireless charging.

Noticed the same issue with the MX Master 3. Using a mouse pretty much makes ProMotion useless.

All the mice you mentioned have pathetic polling rates. Just buy a gaming mouse (like a wired cheap G502) or any gaming mouse will do with a high polling Hz and you'll be fine. That's the thing most don't understand that you have a high refresh display but your inputs still using 125Hz or lower, lol.

I don't know what you guys are talking about, my MX3 Master works buttery smooth.
you're mx3 uses 125hz polling. It's pathetic - on a 60hz display it works as is. On a high 144hz or higher you can see the differences. On the new 120hz displays I don't even care for the display response time is really pathetic anyway.

Right on, Mr. Pathetic. ?
