Hi,

I've just bought a Magic Mouse 2 for my personal laptop. The thing is, click noise is just too loud. Brought the same mouse from my office to test it out and the new one is 2-3 times louder. I bought it online from a local store last month(and I didn't open it for a month! stupid me) so my trial time is over. (can't get my money back).
Also, the text under the mouse is not same. New one has 5 lines and the old one has 4. What should I do? Do you think the loudness will easy by time?

I have a Magic Mouse 1, which I've been using happily for so many years that the black plastic skate rails on its bottom wore out. Being the Magic Mouse 2 is rechargeable, I bought one, and the click is many times louder than on the original. It drives me crazy.

Hi Okan,

I have the same issue.
Just wondering from use if it's become quieter over the past 9 months?

Mitch

I guess the new 2020 version of the mouse is louder?? I also bought a new one just recently, feels much more hard to click and man it is loud. I also compared it to 3 older magic mouses in my workplace and came to same conclusion.

Yup..piece of crap..bought mx master 3 for my daily work..works great! I'll use mm when I'm travelling(hopefully)..
