Magic mouse and 10.6.2

Some developers were thinking that 10.6.2 will allow developers to take advantage of NSTouch events from the Magic Mouse.

So, now that 10.6.2 is out, what's the word on this?

Mine seems to be slower in tracking since 10.6.2 w/ tracking maxed out.

The tracking is still as sloooow and unusable as it was in 10.6.1

Yes, and added two-finger swipes, middle click (3-finger) as well!

Also, the tracking speed is adequate for me here (stock Apple), no complaints!
