Magic Mouse and Windows

I was wondering if there is a program like magicpref for windows.

I am having a lot of issues using my magic mouse in windows 7 through bootcamp. The sensitivity is crazy and the scroll area seems to be the entire mouse.
The mouse settings in control panel give almost no options for scrolling so I was hoping to find a program for the magic mouse in windows. Seems like this would exist but I really don't see anything out there.

I have to presume there is nothing out there for what I want by the lack of replies.. I am really surprised by this. I thought someone would have created a program for the magic mouse in windows.
