magic mouse from ebay-like portal and warranty matter.

I want to buy a Magic Mouse, I found a bit cheaper sealed brand new box than from a apple shop. it is from an ebay-like portal. my question is, is there any warranty problem with such purchasing? it is still brand new even i purchase from a portal...

If it really is the magic mouse, then there should be no warranty problems IMO
