Magic Mouse, Keeps opening links in new tab.

Its a little annoying But since I got this Magic Mouse it keeps opening links up in a new tab, If I uncheck the Open in new Tab in Safari Prefs then it starts opening the links in new windows

I do have Magic prefs installed as well but no Geustures set up for this sort of thing.

If you have middle click enabled, that is your culprit. As it uses the middle section of the Magic Mouse's surface to register the click, it leaves less room to be used for left and right click. It could just be that your finger is slightly more to the right than it should be to register a left click. You'll either need to disable middle click or alter your index finger's placement to be able to avoid middle clicking by accident.
