Magic Mouse Lag with MBP 2012

HI Guys

Does anyone else experience a lot of lag at times with the Apple Magic Mouse? I have to admit this is driving me crazy..

I'm thinking of changing to the Logitech MX Wireless mouse as I have heard good things, can anyone else recommend this or another solution as I do like the feel of the magic mouse.
