Magic mouse middle click Only on a specific app?

Is there a method to Only have middle click functionality on a specific app with the Magic Mouse ?

Need/Want to have middle click functionality for CAD orbiting, but it causes issues several other places that make it hard to have all the time.

Is there anyway to have middle click functionality App Specific automatically?

Any middle click apps for the MM that allow this type of functionality?

BetterTouchTool does exactly that.
Select Magic Mouse, add your application and create a new app-specific behaviour (I use 2 finger click for triggering a middle click to rotate CAD stuff in a VM)

Thank you, even had the app from before and didn't manage to get exactly what I was looking for out of it.

Few clicks and I think it fixed all the other issues I have with having a global middle click button elsewhere.
