I bought a used Magic Mouse some days ago and sometimes its touch-sensors are not working properly. Scrolling and multi-touch gestures stop working for a minute or two. It also recognises a regular left-side click as a right-click sometimes. These issues come and go away. Switching the mouse off and on mostly removes that issue for some minutes.
The batteries are fully loaded. Also the Bluetooth signal quality seems to be OK with around -60 dBm. I also use a wireless keyboard wich has no problems at all.
My question: is this a hardware issue?
