Magic Mouse navigation problem

I recently purchased the Magic Mouse and downloaded Better Touch Tool and MagicPrefs, everything was fine until suddenly I couldn't use the apple two finger swipes to navigate in safari. Also i dont have any custom gestures progamed using the two finger swips left and right.

PS I use BTT and MP simultaneously
