I really like the apple magic mouse.... too bad it is bluetooth and and doesnt come with a wireless reciever like genaric wireless mice do. i would love to use one with my g4 powerbook and g3 imac but they dont have bluetooth so it wont work. im wondering if i can buy a bluetooth usb adapter and then use a magic mouse on them?

Yes it will work. Just remember that you won't get all the features of the Magic Mouse if using on a pre-intel Mac. Momentum scrolling is my favorite as well as the two finger swipe. I've paired it with my G4 Powerbook and worked great as a mouse, but as a basic mouse. Right/left click and scrolling.
I'd suggest you look into the MagicDriver. It makes the Magic Mouse/Trackpad work nicely in Tiger. http://plentycom.jp/en/magicdriver/index.html
