Magic Mouse Swipe Freezes Safari Tabs

I'm experiencing an issue with my Magic Mouse where attempting to swipe between pages in Safari is causing the window to freeze. It used to work, but lately i'm getting this repeatable freeze error. Anyone experiencing this as well?

Ok, just did a system restart and issue seems fixed in all three browsers. Doesn't make sense that I'll have to restart every time this become an issue though.
