Magic Mouse, Tiger, & MagicDriver

So my uncle is still running tiger on his mac and also wants to use his magic mouse. He was able to find a program called MagicDriver which allowed him to do this perfectly. MagicDriver was in beta form and has expired. The company is not going to release a final version and now my uncle is unable to use the full functionality of his magic mouse with tiger. HE DOES NOT WANT TO UPGRADE HIS OS. Does anybody have any fixes/suggestions/work arounds?

BUMP!

I need the same thing... USB overdrive page says he is working on a magic mouse support... but the year of the page says 2009, so I'm not sure if he really is still. Maybe email him and see if you get a response.

I have the software still from magicDriver... does someone know how to decode is so that is does not say it has expired??

Just figured it out... change the date to the same day last year and uncheck the box that says to check for date and time automatically... this will get your mouse working again... cheers!
