Magic Mouse - Track Speed

Hey Guys,

Does anyone know if I can increase the track speed of a Magic Mouse any other way the the mouse settings page because even on the "Fast" tracking setting it feels brutally slow to me.

Thanks, I've downloaded it but when I double click the icon nothing happens, will it require a re-boot to become available?
