Magic track pad battery dying with Catlina

Anyone else seeing a huge reduction in battery life after Catalina? I've searched and havent seen much out there.

My magic trackpad (plug in rechargeable one not the battery one) used to last for weeks... now it barely last days!!!

Any suggestions? I've obviously used it for years but it very much took a dive after latest OS update (done day of update.. uggg.. mistake this year)

I have several Macs running Catalina since it was released, all using the Magic Keyboard and track pad and I've had no problems whatsoever. I don't think it's related to Catalina at all, just coincidental timing on your part.

I popped in 2 fresh duracells yesterday and im at 16% today with limited usage.
is there a battery saver on Mojave Mac mini?
