I've been having a problem over the past week or so. My Magic Trackpad/Mouse and Apple Keyboard stop working intermittently. The keyboard becomes unresponsive and text input doesn’t work. The Trackpad and Mouse (I have both) won’t select text or click, though I can still move the cursor.
This has happened in a variety of apps, including Chrome, Safari, Slack, and Spark (email client). Turning the devices off and on again doesn’t fix the issue. The only thing that works is either quitting and restarting the app, or sometimes just hiding the app and then returning it to focus.
I tried reinstalling Mojave from the recovery partition but that didn’t help. Before I take the next step, a fresh install, I wanted to check to see if anyone had any other ideas? Thanks.
