I'm having an issue using my external monitor with my macbook pro 2018.
If I install updates or just reboot I have to open my MBP's screen to login before it will load the external monitor. I don't remember having this issue on my old macbook air 2013.
I'm also having an issue where every time I reboot I have to use the built in trackpad and click bluetooth, hold the button on my keyboard and trackpad until they blink, and click connect in my mac's bluetooth settings, they won't automatically connect on their own.
Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this? I'm thinking of getting a different keyboard with the little usb plug thing instead of bluetooth but my hands cramp up if I use a mouse instead of the magic trackpad because I hardly ever use a mouse.
