Magic TrackPad wake from sleep fixed?

My Magic TrackPad on a late 2009 27" iMac would take about 60 seconds to wake up so that you can actually start using it after the computer would wake up from sleep. This happened every time since I got it (week after introduced). After I installed the Snow Leopard Graphics Update the trackpad wakes up immediately and can start moving the cursor just like my Magic Mouse does. Did anyone else have this issue and is now fixed?
