Magical iCloud Folder Making?

Hi all,

I want to create something like a smart folder that highlights the files I have got downloaded on my Mac from iCloud Drive, so they're all in one place, so I can remove them all in one go (so they can go back to iCloud). Is this possible?

If not, is there a way to change the time it takes for a file to go back into iCloud and off my Mac? I have files downloaded locally that haven't been used for months, and I want them gone!
