Magicjack call recoder

Hi can someone suggest me how to record call from magicjack on Macbook pro i have tried few softwares including Audacity but i am only able to hear voice from my end and not able to record voice at other end

Please give step by step procedures i even have external hardware also but not sure how it will work and where i need to plugin.

Thanks for the informations but anyways i am going to use callrecoder for Canada.
but does anyone has idea does Audacity can record voice at other end.
