Magnet links don't load

Hello everyone! Today I did a format on my Mac. Before format,Utorrent was opening the magnet links, but after I've downloaded Utorrent,are "dead",but if I'll open a torrent file,it works fine. The circle at the pop-up window that loads,doesn't exist. Does anyone knows how to fix it? At the screenshot I have the example.
