Magnetic case that snaps on back with built in smartcover?

So, I am looking for a case that is like the magsnap case but has a built in smart cover.

To give you an idea its like this:

But the actual smart cover is attached to the case.

It is very important for the front cover to magnetize to the back.
Have you seen any cases like this? I've been looking for days and cant find it.

Yea, It does look like it will scratch easily. I had ordered a Lexington but I really want a case to snap to the back.
