I have a Generation 1 Macbook, and It has had many problems, I have had 2 logic board replacements, hard drive replacements, heat-sink repairs, and all Apples fault. They have replaced under warranty and the most recent was a free logic board, not under warranty courtesy of Apple because of all of the problems I have had. And that logic board broke within the first couple of weeks, and I just didn't feel like dealing with the computer anymore.

Anyway enough of the story. I am wondering how to go about asking Apple for a replacement computer. I love Apple and their products, this one just sucks. Under this federal law, they're obligated to give me a new computer, I just don't want to go in there, guns blazing, and demanding a new computer it doesn't seem to be the correct way to handle a situation like this one.

:apple:*I have posted this exact thread on Basic Help forum, but after seeing other similar posts, I have moved it. Not sure if keeping both up is against forum policy. If so please tell me.*:apple:
