Hello!

I was wondering if anyone else is looking into getting an external battery pack for the iPhone Air. Which one did you go with — Apple’s battery pack or another brand? I remembering having the Anker battery pack for the iPhone 12PM, and it cause the phone and battery to heat up, which then I returned it.

I placed an order for the Apple Battery Pack, but I’m holding off on opening it for now. I’d like to see if there are any more affordable alternatives that offer better capacity or versatility.

1st party will always be the best with Apple. Heat management, compatibility, specs, etc…wouldn’t want to leave something like a battery to some janky company like Anker or Ugreen. If you can purchase a new iPhone Air but not the 1st battery why bother? Do it right the first time.

Yup, agree - the Apple battery is the best engineered!
