Hi All

If I purchase a Apple iPhone 12 case with Magsafe, will I still be able to charge the phone on a Wireless pad with the phone in the case?
I have a number of wireless charging pads around my house and at work, and dont want to buy the Apple magsafe case if it will stop me being able to charge wirelessly.

Thanks

I don't have a case, but since Apple showed the iPhone 12 charging through the MagSafe case I will say it is safe to say yes charging will pass through.

I don’t have the possibility to test this but would be very surprised if this wouldn’t work.

A wireless pad should almost definitely work because you put the phone down wherever you need to to make it charge.
A wireless charging stand might not work because the location of the coils in the stand might not line up with the coils in the phone.
There were a number of complaints about that already as soon as the 12 was released.
