Does anyone know if using an 18 watt USB-C power brick (from a 2018 iPad Pro 11) will reduce the 15 watt charging performance of the MagSafe charger?

I have been looking all over and can’t find an answer to this question. I know it’s preferred to be 20 watts on the package but I already have an 18 watt charger laying around.

EDIT: In case anyone is wondering I reached out to Apple and they confirmed the iPad Pro 11 18-watt brick will provide enough power for the new MagSafe charger.
