When I plug my MagSafe charger into the 20W Apple USB-C wall charger, I get a little electrical current that I can feel running through the MagSafe. It's not quite a shock, but more of a bit of resistance that can be felt when I hold it, whether it is charging or not.

Is this normal?

Have a look at this, I won't be buying one, shock or not, good idea but at the moment the way it is executed is pointless, listen about they max charge! Add a wallet that keeps falling off and you have to remove the wallet to charge the phone then re attach! Amazon are the kings of one click, maybe Apple should take some inspiration from them and work at one touch, not two hands, they have certainly lost their way!

Oh and the wallet as a bonus watch:
