MagSafe for MacBook Pro late 2008'

Hi,

I've got a MacBook Pro late 2008 model

My battery and power supply have slowly been dying and it's time for me to replace them both. I'm a bit confused with the MagSafe Power, am I correct in thinking that the below item will work with my laptop?

That adapter will work, I have the same adapter for my 2009 MBP, which originally came with a T-shaped MagSafe adapter (which still works).
