Hello,

I have an old 60W MagSafe power adapter (A1184 with the "T" connector), which strated to behave strangely. It is plugged in (I don't touch anything), and every 20-50 seconds it stops charging my MBP 13" Mid2010 for about 2 seconds. Battery status cycles between "Power source: Power Adaper" and "Power Source: Battery".

Tried another adapter, which works perfectly, so the problem is in the adapter circuitry.

Is there anyone who met this circuit problem or has any ideas what to check/repair? I am quite experienced in electronics and soldering so I can do almost anything (replacing caps or SMD parts), but I don't have time to start debugging without the schematics.

Any help is highly appreciated.
