Does anyone know if Apple still sells the original magsafe? Today I got a new firewire HD for my MacBook Pro and the battery was running out when I was backing up and I discovered that it would not go in with the firewire connected.

Geez, Apple should release instructions for these things. Is it really THAT difficult to realize that the magsafe plug can go either way?!
I wonder how many tech-support calls Apple is going to receive before they make the plug mono-directional, I mean it seems obvious but **** **** there are a lot of people getting it wrong!
