Well, most types appear to work. I've tested .mp3, .mp4, .m4a, and .m4v with success. **Edit: it appears that GSM .wav file are supported). ** Still not supporting all .wav formats/encodings (probably not .avi or .wmv).

So if you are limited in space and have wifi, you could use Gmail to store vids/audio.

That's pretty cool. How does a movie play? Like youtube?

I kept them small. Trying a 20meg .m4v now. I'm creating a 'Draft', then moving into my Inbox. Could file it somewhere else I'm sure. If I leave the message in Drafts, Mail trys to 'help' me finish composing it!

Edit: tested 16.7meg file. Downloads first, then launches like an iPod video... except it did not rotate... Maybe I did something wrong. The file does appear to stay in Mail. Quit, then viewed the message again.
