Mail 3.6 "On My Mac" mailbox gone

I'm using Mail 3.6 in 10.5.7.
Before, under "Sent" or "Drafts" there was a "On My Mac" mailbox that I foolishly deleted. But I can't get it back no matter what I try, and if I create a new mailbox using the plus sign it puts it under a "ON MY MAC" heading but I would like back under my "Sent" or "Drafts" heading. Any help?

Not to worry, you can't delete that mailbox. It appears - and disappears - in accordance with your account settings: Mail>Preferences>Accounts. What "On My Mac" really means, I believe, is "ONLY On My Mac - and not on the server."
